Join Our Team at Lunas Consulting as a Junior Cold Caller
We're looking for an enthusiastic Canada-based Cold Caller to join our team.
In This Role, You Will:

• Reach out to provided leads via phone, following the script and guidelines provided.
• Engage with prospects in a professional manner, answering questions and providing information about our services.
• Book appointments with companies that express interest.
• Maintain accurate records of your calls, including outcomes and any follow-up actions required.
• Record conversations as needed for training and quality assurance purposes.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Open to candidates with no experience, but a background in customer service is preferred.
• Freshers and students are welcome to apply
• Great English communication skills (both written and spoken) are a must.
• Proficient in using Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

Technical Requirements:

• A laptop or computer with a 64-bit processor (Windows or Mac).
• A fast and reliable internet connection.
