We're a brand new pizza spot in Port Moody, seeking a fun and driven team-player to join our back of house team.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizza to order using a variety of ingredients in our deck oven.
• Follow recipes and presentation guidelines to ensure consistent quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with team members and managers
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils and work areas
• Assist with food preparation and other duties as assigned
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Personable, friendly, easygoing
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Experience handling high hydration dough preferred. Experience tending to a deck oven or brick oven is preferred.
• Food service experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs, stand for extended periods
• Valid drivers license with clean abstract. Company vehicle provided for transporting goods to and from restaurant.
• Must be legally able to work in Canada
