Responsibilities:
- Assemble LED signs according to specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Install and connect LED modules, power supplies, control systems, and other electrical components.
- Perform wiring of electrical connections to ensure proper functioning.
- Conduct quality control inspections to verify the accuracy of assembly and adherence to quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair any defects or malfunctions in LED signs.
- Test completed signs to ensure proper functionality and compliance with customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the design team to review project specifications and resolve any technical issues.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area, ensuring proper storage and inventory management of components.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant regulations to create a safe working environment.
- Provide feedback to the production supervisor on any process improvements or equipment needs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and techniques related to LED sign assembly.
Requirements:
- Previous knowledge and experience with 12 volt
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Familiarity with electrical tools, equipment, and wiring techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision to ensure accurate assembly and wiring.
- Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and provide feedback.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in an assembly environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in electrical assembly is a plus.
- Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation required.
