What You’ll Do
As the Manufacturing Operator, you will have the opportunity to help our business meet production targets by consistently producing high-quality interior finishing products in our Calgary, AB facility.
Key Interactions: You will report directly to the Production Supervisors on our weekend day shift in Calgary and will be a key member of the Metrie Calgary Manufacturing team.
Shift Time:

• Friday to Sunday 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM (Day Shift)

At a high-level, you will:

• Produce products to meet work order specifications while meeting high standard of quality
• Operate our machinery and equipment to the specifications of the manufacturer
• Support plant continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure daily production continuously meets requirements of IFOTIS (In full, On Time, In Spec)
• Participate in cross-training with other departments on the production line to further your skillsets
• Understand and apply our health and safety policies and regulations

Who You Are
We will provide in-house training to help you be successful in this role! No experience is necessary.

• Have a positive attitude, lead by example, and are respectful towards your team members
• Understand the importance of health and safety at work and can follow instructions
