JOB PURPOSE
Ensureing that the proper materials are prepared for use in production with proper identification and lot management. Recording lot information throughout the process and performing any duties as requested by the supervisor.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain material levels in silos, surge bins, and driers to ensure production can continually run according to schedule
- Planning and completing calculations to ensure material is ready for production when it is required - working alongside the scheduler to understand material needs and having it ready in time for use
- Update ERP inventory system as material is moved and used
- Receive materials/boxes/skids and unloading trucks, performing receiving inspections, documenting results, and labeling products as per instructions
- Clean loaders, driers, and surge bins with attention to detail, avoiding contamination to ensure a successful material changeover
- Safely move product within the facility
- Perform forklift inspections dayly
- Complete quality documentation for every run
- Regulery move material bags by hand that weigh up to 50lbs
- Promote MPC's core values and actively contribute to a positive and rewarding team environment
- Minimum 1 year of factory experience
- Basic familiarity with an ERP system
- Forklift operator certification and experance
- Basic working knowledge of English, both verbal and written
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to safely carry loads up to 50 lbs

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
