Job Summary:
Bergmann Group, the parent company of Phoenix LTC and Waterloo Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our various products and services to long-term care facilities and acute care hospitals across Canada. Our current sales channel includes supporting several distributors as well as direct sales opportunities. This role involves developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to enhance patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and target potential clients within the long-term care and acute care sectors.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate our products and services to healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and administrators.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare industry.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Contract Negotiation:

• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure contracts comply with company policies and regulations.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract details.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and client feedback.
• Utilize CRM software to manage client relationships and track sales progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a focus on long-term care and/or acute care sectors.
• Strong understanding of healthcare systems, procurement processes, and the regulatory environment in Canada.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Canada.

Pay: $70,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
