This is a part time position. Must be available to work weekends.

Summing it up.
The night auditor is responsible for verifying that all revenue and expenses are claimed, preparing reports for the next day’s work, including reconciling accounts at a high level of detail. This position
also supports Guest Services with booking reservations, addressing questions or concerns and overnight security of the premises.

What you'll be doing.

• Oversee the night operations of the front desk.
• Take reservations, package bookings, guest arrivals and departures in a professional manner.
• Enter data, maintain records and launch reports and financial statements.
• Perform routine security checks of the property.
• Be knowledgeable of industry partners to offer a variety of service options to our guests.
• Record day to day financial transactions and complete posting process.
• Security Rounds.

Who you are.

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an asset.
• Enthusiastic and energetic individual who is comfortable in a variety of situations.
• A service driven individual dedicated to providing all guests and owners with outstanding and consistent service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word an asset.
