Job Overview:
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, ensuring that it runs efficiently and effectively. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

This is a full-time permanent position working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday and may include additional time to complete tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily office activities to ensure a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance, ensuring that the office is fully stocked and operational.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, file management, and reception duties.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies, repairs, and improvements.
- Assist in the preparation and management of the office budget, including expense tracking and reporting.
- Support HR functions, including onboarding new employees, managing employee records, and facilitating communication within the team.
- Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Provide general support to visitors and employees, addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Ability to efficiently manage and prioritize tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and clients.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee office staff and ensure a productive work environment.
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve issues that arise within the office.
- Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software.
- Experience in managing budgets, negotiating with vendors, and tracking expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of office management, from scheduling to maintaining records.
