Job Overview:

Successful applicants will have at least 1 year of painting experience and be proficient in interior and exterior prep, cutting, and rolling. Spray experience is a bonus!
The Painter will be responsible for prepping and applying paint to surfaces, interacting with customers and managing their workflow with other team members. Ambitious individuals will have the opportunity to advance into Crew Leader, Production Manager, and Sales positions.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, sanding or removing old paint, taping, laying down floor protection. Includes use of power tools
- Apply paint using various methods such as brush, roller, or sprayer
- Use of step ladders and extension ladders
- Ensure all painting equipment is cleaned and maintained properly and accounted for
- Effective communication with clients to understand their preferences and relay project progress to manager
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of job sites
- Pick up paint and supplies from paint store
- Work independently and part of a high-performing team
- Fill out daily progress reports
- Participate in weekly check-ins with Aaron
- Engage in on-site marketing activities

Pay and Bonuses:
- Hourly wage ranging from $22-$31/hr, depending on experience.
