Job Title: Parts Advisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding to customer inquiries in regards to parts in person, over the phone, or online
- Provide guidance and expertise into parts selection
- Support and maintain paperwork involved with selling parts, shipping and receiving
- Enter orders into the system and maintain proper filing
- Receive parts and packages
- Ensure parts area as well as manufactured parts are well organized
- Assisting with duties pertaining to job costing
- Invoicing, tracking and following up on payments
- Uploading photographs
- Respond to various in-person and over the phone customer inquiries
- Over the counter parts sales
- Other duties, as assigned
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Good attitude with a willingness and ability to learn new things
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong understanding and appreciation of deadlines and commitment to schedules.
- Knowledge of trailers or related heavy equipment
- Exceptional organizational skills
- High level of expertise in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to manage a fair amount of work load with little direction or supervision with frequent interruptions.
