Baker Tilly WM LLP is currently looking for an experienced, motivated, and assertive individual to join our team as Human Resources Manager. This individual will be an integral part of the team, providing expertise and leadership on employee relations, employee engagement, performance and other HR related programs. Meaningful work you’ll be part of:
- Provide leadership and operational advice in the areas of employee relations, engagement, performance management, total rewards and benefits, policy application, workforce planning and change management
- Execute on HR programs such as annual performance management, compensation, onboarding, global mobility and HRIS management
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with staff, peers and partners
- Stay current on leading talent trends and deliver practical and innovative solutions that align with Firm goals and enable our people to excel
- Collaborate with the HR team and other support functions to improve processes and deliver a seamless employee experience
- Develop, communicate, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure the Firm’s objectives are met
- Coach and develop junior members of the HR team
- A minimum of 5 years' progressively responsible broad scope HR experience in a professional services firm and/or corporate environment
- Successful track record in areas of change management and process improvement
- Excellent knowledge of HR processes and function
- Professionalism in the execution of tasks
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams
- Passion for thinking outside the box to shape solutions for client problems
- Passion for learning and being challenged to figure out how things work
- Ability to build meaningful and impactful relationships and deliver excellent client service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
