We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications and providing pharmaceutical care services to patients in a community setting.
Duties
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Review medication orders for accuracy and appropriateness
- Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients
- Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness and adverse effects
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
Skills
- Strong knowledge of medication administration and dosage forms
- Experience in community pharmacy settings
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
-Experience with Kroll Paperless
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $46.00-$52.00 per hour
