Pizza Chef
Per se Social Corner is a Michelin Guide recommended establishment and one of Vancouver’s buzziest restaurants. We are currently seeking Pizza Chefs to complete our back of the house Team!
Responsibilities

• Food preparation and presentation, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Guest service remains a priority and issues are dealt with in a professional a timely manner.
• Effectively communicate to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef for smooth operations.
• Ensure Health and safety guidelines and quality control are followed according to sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas.

Requirements

• 1+ years of previous experience in a similar environment
• - Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Food Safety Certification

· Physically capable to stand for an extended period, frequent reaching and bending during food preparations, able to lift and carry up to 24kg/50lbs.

• Must be available evening, weekends, and holidays.

· Experience in Italian and Spanish cuisine is an asset but not necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19-22/hour, plus tips
