The Opportunity:
We are looking for experienced and eager Prep Cook to join our team of industry professionals.
The Responsibilities:

• Responsible for upholding company values + standard of hospitality; ensures team does so as well
• Ensure team is prepared + set up for the evening
• Ensure food quality meets restaurant standards
• Responsible for keeping kitchen clean organize
• Responsible for par levels of food program of 2+ restaurants

Qualifications:

• Have a passion for food and feed off the buzz of a busy restaurant.
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.

Compensation: starting $21-26+/hr
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
