Your role and responsibilities

** Winter 2025 full-time internship for software engineering students, based in Dorval with 2 to 3 days per week in the office and the possibility of extension into summer 2025 ** As a Product Data Management Intern, you play a key role by providing technical support to the product and marketing teams. This internship is located at our plant in Dorval and operates in a hybrid mode. Responsibilities: • Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of product data, attributes, configurations, and prices across our various sales tools. • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes related to product configuration tools and propose solutions. • Support the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of product solutions concerning IT systems. • Support the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of internal and cross-functional processes related to IT products and services. • Perform tests and help troubleshoot technical issues by closely collaborating with members of the product, sales, and marketing teams.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor’s degree student in Software Engineering.
• Bilingual French and English. English is necessary to communicate with clients outside of Quebec.
• Understanding of database systems (MS SQL, My SQL).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to coordinate improvement activities for product configuration tools.
• Basic knowledge of PHP.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.
