Background:
Kyndryl Canada is supporting our public sector client who is developing and deploying critical applications. They are to be delivered using the extreme programming and Dev Ops methodologies currently in place. This method focuses on delivering quickly and frequently by implementing a process of continuous planning, feedback, development, and testing.
The clients require a Senior Product with extensive experience in board management, user stories, and the Dev Ops cycle to help the clients explore their vision and deliver the appropriate products.
Qualifications:
· Enhanced reliability or higher-level federal government security clearance
· Multiple large-scale projects as a Product Manager working with UX designers, developers and Dev Ops engineers
· Federal government experience is an asset.
· Working in an extreme programming environment is a big asset.
Expected Tasks:
· Explore client vision and problems, so they can develop the appropriate products;
· Perform requirements gathering and transform requirements into personas and user stories;
· Guide client teams and process to make a full transformational change to Agile Software delivery. This transformation will put in place collaborative, cross-functional and self-organizing teams that deliver software in an incremental and iterative way. This will enable them to move on with confidence when the project has been completed;
· Employ User-Centered Design, to understand the user and their needs, and to solve the problems they are facing. User-centered design may include user interviews, ethnographic studies, persona definition, prototype creation and user experience testing;
· Translating user needs into development activities, which may include completing the information architecture
· Working with the development team (XP environment) and managing the board to ensure successful product development and implementation
