Our facility in Tillsonburg, Ontario is seeking a highly motivated Production Control Planner.
The successful candidate will be responsible but not limited to;

• Utilize SAP EDI software to access customer release information
• Prepares weekly Plant Production schedule to meet customer requirements and Inventory goals & objectives
• Prepares & reconciles shop orders and labels issued to manufacturing
• Prepares production attainment performance records
• Cycle count inventory, analyze inventory discrepancies
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure issues are addressed and resolved accurately and efficiently
• Ensures PC&L compliance with all related TS 16949 and ISO 14001 procedures and requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a materials function in a manufacturing environment
• CPICS certificate desirable
• High degree of reliability, problem-solving and professionalism is required
• Ability to act as a scheduling and functional resource for ordering, planning, tracking, expediting and fulfilling manufacturing and customer service requirements
• Must be able to analyze problems logically and develop plans for resolution
• Ability to prioritize tasks and be organized in approach to planning
• Ability to work out scheduling issues with both customers and suppliers
• Basic PC knowledge, MRP/MPS experience and SAP knowledge is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office software (Powerpoint, Word, and Excel) and Outlook.
• ERP/Shipping systems

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
