About role
We are looking for a Production Supervisor who has strong knowledge and understanding of GMP regulation. A person with experience in pharmaceutical and nature health product manufacturing like for solid dosage form like hardgel, softgel tablet, gummy (will be an asset). You will monitor our operations and ensure that they deliver maximum quality in a profitable manner. Your duties will include assigning task to operator٫ organizing workflows and analyzing the efficiency of manufacturing processes. You should be highly competent and comprehend complex operations. We also expect you to be able to optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing costs.
Job responsibilities:
· Overseeingand employee workforce in the production department
· Supervise production planning, instrument manufacturing, and shipping departments.
· Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel, accomplishing work results, establishing priorities, monitoring progress, revising schedules, resolving problems, and reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries
· Complies with the GMP rules and standards set
· Maintains a safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures
· Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed
· Acting as a liaison between management and workers
· Training new operators to work properly following SOP
· Collaboration with QA and product support team to ensure any production process is under quality control.
Education & Experience Requirement:
· Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
· 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
· Prior supervisory experience will be an asset
COVID-19 Measures:
· All employees are required to wear a mask at all times and sanitize frequently as necessary
· Vaccination with 2 doses is highly recommended and all currently employed employees are fully vaccinated

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
