Description: Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to lead our engineering department in the production of both mechanical and electronic components. This role involves overseeing the manufacture and in-house assembly of our custom pipeline inspection tools, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety.
Responsibilities:

Production Oversight: Manage the end-to-end production process, including mechanical and electronics parts manufacturing and assembly.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain high-quality standards.
Quality Control: Ensure all products meet stringent quality specifications and industry standards through rigorous testing and inspections.
Resource Management: Oversee the allocation of resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel, to meet production schedules.
Technical Support: Collaborate with the engineering team to address technical challenges and support the development of new tools and technologies.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure that the production environment adheres to health and safety regulations.
Operational Excellence: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, consistently working towards the achievement of individual and team goals.
Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment involving both mechanical and electronic components.
Proven experience in managing complex production processes and leading cross-functional teams.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with pipeline inspection tools or related technologies.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in production management software and tools.
