About the Role:
The Field Superintendent extends operations management to the field level, ensuring safety, efficiency, and consistency in all aspects of operations. As a leader, you’ll motivate and mentor field staff, maintain operational excellence, and serve as a critical link between field teams and management.
Key Responsibilities:

Promote and actively participate in company safety initiatives and a positive safety culture.
Assist operations managers with job preparation and provide on-call relief on a rotating schedule.
Conduct regular field tours, oversee jobs requiring extra supervision, and complete field reports.
Mentor and train new and existing personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Identify and implement cost-control measures and equipment improvements.
Ensure fleet consistency, proper equipment maintenance, and compliance with safety standards.
Act as a liaison between field staff, management, and clients, addressing concerns and ensuring issues are resolved effectively.
Supervise shop activities as required and ensure timely and accurate paperwork flow.

Experience in oilfield operations, field supervision, or a related role is an asset.

Schedule:

12 hour shifts, 18 days worked and 12 days off

Pay: $140,000.00-$182,000.00 per year
