Property Cleaner

Langier Real Estate Developments currently oversees a diverse portfolio of retail, multifamily, townhouse and single-family projects.
We are looking for a Property Cleaner for various Properties in and around Edmonton.
Properties include renovations, new construction, high end newly built facilities and matured residential buildings. The right candidate will have the potential to become full time if desired or stay part time and will contribute to Langier Real Estate’s goals by positively representing our Properties, residents and assisting in other Real Estate and Development objectives.

Job Responsibilities
- Cleaning homes, apartments, common areas, Bn Bs, and construction sites.
- Launder linens, remake beds with fresh linens, and set out fresh towels.
- Refill guest amenities (shampoo, soap, etc.) and restock supplies throughout the home.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
- Vacuum and dusting.
- Wash windows, walls, ceilings, baseboards, etc.
- Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
- Complete basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or batteries in remotes.
- Conduct walk-through visual inspections of properties after guest checkout.
- Assist in other related Real Estate business activities in regards to renovations, new construction and commercial real estate.
- Must have good understanding of the English language. This includes both written and verbal communication skills;
- Highly organized with excellent problem solving and customer service skills;
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment where mutual support is essential;
- Be physically able to carry out all necessary duties. All candidates must be physically able, at minimum, to paint and clean, including bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50lbs;
- Must be a Resident of Canada or possess the appropriate documentation to legally work in Canada. All documentation must be current.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
