Position: Putaway Associate
Shift: 7am - 4pm (Monday-Friday) Occasional Saturdays

ROLE
Reporting to the Receiving Supervisor, The Putaway Associate is a supply chain and logistics professional who is responsible for validating received product and delivering them to the assigned Bin location in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security and productivity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude, but are not limited to the following:

• Complete daily circle checks of assigned equipment and report any malfunctions
• Complete daily circle checks of assigned equipment and report any malfunctions to manager.
• Experience using a RF scanner.
• Responsible for validating the product received and putting it away into the assigned Bin Locations in a timely manner.
• Report discrepancies, damaged goods, and/or any damaged assets (racking) to Manager
• Re-stock inventory manually and/or using proper warehouse equipment
• Perform general housekeeping duties within the warehouse such as;
• garbage disposal, cardboard recycling, and the disposal of broken products in accordance with warehouse policy
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies and report any observed safety hazards immediately.
• Uses professional language and maintain a professional appearance (e.g., hygiene, grooming) when interacting with others

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid licence for handling the Raymond Reach, Cherry and Counter Balance
• Ideally seeking 3+ years of previous working experience in a similar role
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Diligent and punctual
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
• Experience with an RF scanner

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Lifting or moving up to 50lbs may be required
• May be required to work outdoors for extended periods of time
• Warehouse Environment
