Quality Specialist - QMS Administration & Document Control

As our next Quality Specialist – QMS Administration & Document Control, you’ll be at the forefront of managing and maintaining our Quality Management System (QMS). Your expertise in quality assurance and manufacturing will be crucial in driving our success and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

- Work with divisional functional managers to develop, maintain, and implement the Quality Management System.
- Organize and facilitate Management Review Meetings.
- Maintain and monitor completion status of 8D/CAR, non-conforming report (NMR), and produce monthly reports of parts per million (PPM) for customer plant and warranty return per failure mode.
- Support supplier PPAP process in conjunction with Senior Quality Engineering Specialists. Monitor supplier quality certification status.
- Monitor customer portals to ensure compliance to latest Customer Specific Requirements including scorecards, Ford QR/GM SPPS/FCA GIM.
- Coordinate external and internal audits as per the QMS, IATF and OEMs system requirements.
- Maintain document control system.
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance or equivalent experience.
- Experience in manufacturing and automotive quality requirements (PPAP, PSO, Problem Resolution, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of modern Quality techniques such as SPC, Error Proofing, Design of Experiment, Statistical Control, Process Flow, Control Plan, FMEA, MSA.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, conflict management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interact and lead effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Good organizational skills.
- ISO/IATF 16949 Internal Auditor training.
