We are seeking a dedicated and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and in demonstrating proficiency in handling phone systems and clerical tasks while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Duties
- Greet and assist members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls while ensuring effective phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and provide tours of the gym to prospect members.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, and maintaining member records accurately.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the trainers.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and office supplies.
- Assit in sales of memberships (compensation provided).
- Experience in a reception position is preferred.
- Proficient in using phone systems and computerized office software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with gym members.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
- French not required
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
