Factory Outlet Trailers, Western Canadas Largest Trailer Dealer, is looking to add a Rental Coordinator to join our team, based out of our Head Quarters in High River AB.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Rental Supervisor, this position will coordinate a variety of tasks relating to trailer rentals that include:
· Responding to rental inquiries in a timely, effective and proactive manner.
· Scheduling and providing trailer rentals at the FOT High River location.
· Following up with interested renters to book rentals
· Working with the Service Dept. to ensure all rentals are maintained, clean and serviceable for the rental clients.
· Assisting rental clients in hooking up the trailer, performing the circle check list and ensuring the client experience is first rate.
· Serving on‐call for rental clients enquires as needed and providing support for emergency break-downs.
· Working with rental clients to ensure all contractual agreements are met by both parties and procedures are followed
· Respond to customer inquiries regarding equipment
· Coordinate with shop staff regarding repair status and availability of equipment
· Work with sales staff in lead generation and track leads by rep.
· Answer telephone and understand clients needs and close opportunities
Ideal candidate will be responsible, detail‐oriented, proactive and have the ability to represent Factory Outlet Trailers in a professional and enthusiastic manner
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Experience operating and troubleshooting basic trailer equipment
· Ability to accurately multitask under pressure with attention to detail
· Flexibility, the ability to problem solve, and understand trailer towing, loading and connecting a trailer to a tow vehicle.
· Ability to lift 50 lbs.
· Assist with customers when necessary
· Experience and Several Years Knowledge in the Rental Business
· Maintain adequate product knowledge of trailers, towing and load requirements
· Computer Experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
