Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team with a minimum of 4 years experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant.
The Position must be filled by someone in Canada Currently.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Supervise food preparation and handling processes
- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies
- Train and mentor staff on restaurant policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards
- Implement strategies to maximize profitability
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Previous experience in hotel or food service industry is a plus
- Proficient in supervising staff and delegating tasks effectively
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Understanding of restaurant management principles
Job Type: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: $26.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
