Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations for one of our establishments. Fast growing local company in midst of expansion. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills to drive the team towards success. Proven experience managing a QSR location is required. Get in on the ground level and grow within the company.
Duties
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, and cleanliness
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure efficient food preparation
- Implement and maintain food safety standards
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with the location owner and Corp Office to meet defined goals
- Ensure compliance with restaurant policies and regulations
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a related field is a MUST
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, food cost, labor cost, food safety, and customer service best practices
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Understanding of restaurant operations and industry trends
Must have approved Food Safety and WHMIS training. First Aid training is a bonus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.24-$27.68 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
