The Calgary Winter Club is Calgary’s premier private family Club, situated in northwest Calgary on the edge of Nose Hill Park. The CWC offers an outstanding employee experience; we are firm believers that everyone should enjoy their work and have a successful work-life balance.
We are looking to fill a part time retail salesperson in our Sports Shop, working mainly evenings and weekends. We sell items specific to the sports we have at the CWC, including: swimming, badminton, tennis, squash, curling, fitness, casual wear and other gear for an active lifestyle.
The duties for this position are not unlike a typical retail environment; set up displays, ship/receive inventory, cash-outs, organize promotions, assist with training, scheduling and supervision Sport Shop staff.
Who is the right person? Someone who is outgoing, multi-tasker, organized, personable with exceptional customer service skills. At least one year sport related retail experience, and has an active lifestyle (demonstrated with activity in at least three of the sport areas featured at the CWC, however not necessarily at the CWC).
