Responsibilities

• Develop and implement visually appealing merchandising strategies that align with brand standards.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand product offerings and customer preferences.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement and inventory levels.
• Maintain organized records of merchandising activities and inventory management.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with shoppers and addressing inquiries.
• Communicate effectively with store management and staff regarding merchandising needs and updates.
• Assist in training retail staff on effective merchandising techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on visual design capabilities.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A keen eye for detail and creativity in visual presentation.
