Are you a driven salesperson with a passion for building lasting client relationships? AI Tax Consultants is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join us on a 4-month hybrid contract. As a contractor on our team, you’ll identify new business opportunities, manage relationships, and meet sales targets. If you're excited about working in a fast-paced environment and love closing deals, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead Generation: Network, cold calling , and find new clients through referrals and strategic outreach.
- Presentations: Showcase our services with impactful demonstrations to win clients.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term success.
- Sales Goals: Meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Market Insight: Stay on top of industry trends and competitors to spot new opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates and forecasts on your sales pipeline.
- Team Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to seamlessly execute strategies.
- Customer Support: Address client questions and offer exceptional post-sale service.
- Experience: 1+ years in sales or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Languages: Proficiency in English required; French is a plus.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a team player.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
- Location: Ottawa, Canada
- Job Type: Hybrid (On-site 15-20 hours per week)
- Role Type: Contractor (4-month contract)
- Hourly Wage: $14 CAD + Commission
As a contractor with AI Tax Consultants, you'll have the opportunity to earn commissions for bringing in new clients, whether corporate or individual. As a Sales Representative, you’ll earn a 10% commission on all business you bring in.
Example Earning: $1,000 in business = $100 commission
