Kobzza Marketing Agency is a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in helping businesses expand through SEO, web design, and Google Ads. We target small to medium-sized businesses across Canada and the USA, focusing on delivering results-driven digital marketing solutions. We are currently looking for motivated and experienced Sales Representatives to help us grow our client base. This role offers a base salary plus commission, providing substantial earning potential for high performers. You will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while driving new business for the agency.
Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative at Kobzza Marketing Agency, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to potential clients and introduce them to our range of digital marketing services, including SEO, web design, and Google Ads. This position is perfect for self-starters who have a track record in sales and are looking to work with flexibility. You will have the freedom to manage your own schedule while driving new business for the agency.

- Pitching our digital marketing services, focusing on SEO, web design, and Google Ads.
- Building relationships with potential clients and managing ongoing communication.
- Closing deals and earning commission based on signed contracts.
- Maintaining client progress and interactions using CRM software.
- Meeting sales quotas, with a minimum target of setting up 2 meetings per week.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, especially in digital marketing.
- Proven track record in cold calling and closing sales (preferably in B2B).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and hit sales targets.
- Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools.
- Must have access to your own computer, headset, and a reliable internet connection.
