In this position, you will be responsible for attending one-on-one interactions with customers to showcase our client’s products, create more brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities. Our team’s top priority is to deliver the best-in-class customer service to ensure we develop and nurture strong relationships with our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide tailored product solutions.
- Understand our products and services to effectively communicate their value.
- Drive sales by presenting and promoting our promotional products and services to potential and existing customers.
- Cultivate relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Answers customer questions professionally, covering features, pricing, and additional benefits, demonstrating to customers how technology can enhance and simplify their lives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management team.
- Can pass a background check and are legally eligible to work in Canada.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- An outgoing personality with a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using computers and technology, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Toronto, ON M2H 2N8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Toronto, ON M2H 2N8 (preferred)
