We are well aware of the old school mentality this industry is known for and over the past 30+ years we have watched it stay largely the same. This puts us in a unique position, because we have this long heritage in the industry and know the trade secrets worth saving. We still greatly value our old school methods of traditional craftsmanship, and pledge that our values of un-compromised quality, attention to detail and hard work will never change. We are passionate about what we do and see it as more a calling and craft than a job, but we also recognize the need for innovation, we chase after it. With modern business practices and the pursuit of constant innovation on our job sites combined with our heritage of traditional craftsmanship we are two worlds colliding creating what we think is the best possible scenario for delivering an enjoyable construction process delivering superbly built projects made to last generations.

Long term sustainability.
We view each project as a system that functions best when integrated with its surrounding environment. By harnessing natural elements like the sun, wind, geothermal energy and water we can increase interior comfort and offset energy demands. This sort of sustainable design is detailed and requires technical knowledge but results in long term positive impacts on the environment, it’s why we are members of Passive House Canada. That being said we also believe that the environmental impact of resources used during construction should not be overlooks either, we make sure they are managed as efficiently as possible and if material can be reused it will be.

When we engage in a project, we also engage in a partnership, both will last long after the keys have been handed over. That’s good because we know our work like the back of our hand, so if you ever have any questions, or issues, or need anything we are there and able to help.
Perform various tasks involving physical labor at construction sites. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other tools, equipment and instruments. May clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble, debris, and other waste materials. May assist other workers.
