THE POSITION
· Technically oriented. You will be receiving, diagnosing, and repairing customer equipment in-house
· Dexterous. You will be handling and repairing small equipment as well as assembling various components found in the dental industry
· Electronics Savvy. You will troubleshoot, align, and repair electrical equipment following equipment manuals and schematics
· Organized. You will ensure that customer files are kept up to date, provide parts fulfillment on repair orders, and maintain parts inventory and procedures according to our company guidelines
· Communication skills. You will provide customer service to clients and other service technicians as required
THE QUALIFICATIONS
You have 2 years of technician experience and hold a diploma in Electronics, Electricity or Mechanical technology. You are skilled in inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing smaller equipment. You have a passion for learning about new industry equipment and materials. You are physically fit, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary. Thriving in a team environment, you enjoy helping in other areas as needed.
Your favourite words are repair, diagnose, inspect, electronics, mechanics, customer service, multi-tasking, problem solving, technical and small hand tools.
