We are seeking a proficient Subject Matter Expert with a strong background in Hospital, Laboratory, Medical terminology, and phlebotomize to join our team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in offering expert insights and guidance within their specialized domain.
SME - Subject Matter Expert - Healthcare Programs
Required to develop programs for accreditation purposes.
Experience in program development is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
As an SME specializing in Medical Laboratory Assistants.
your primary duties will include:
- Developing program structures for accreditation by Accreditation Canada.
- Creating comprehensive course outlines with specified program durations.
- Courses & topics to be covered & their duration
- Designing curriculum content and materials for effective learning.
- Generating educational resources such as presentations, slides, videos, quizzes, and assessments.
-Quizzes & MCQ & answers for tests, evaluation & Grading work & performance
- Evaluating student performance and providing grading feedback.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Must have 3-5 years continuous experience in working as a MLT/MLA
- Must be certified member in good standing of MLAPO/CSMLS
- Proven track record as a Subject Matter Expert in Hospital, Laboratory, Medical terminology, or phlebotomize fields.
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory standards.
- Exceptional communication skills to articulate complex information clearly.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with outstanding analytical abilities.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
