SUMMARY
Bear Hills Casino will be a new entertainment and hospitality destination in the Maskwacis region of Alberta. Proudly owned by Louis Bull Tribe, Bear Hills Casino will generate revenues for Louis Bull Tribe through excellent service and provide employment and skills development for the Tribe’s members.

PURPOSE
The Dealer is critical to the success of the Bear Hills Casino. The primary purpose of the Dealer is to execute table games such as Blackjack, Poker, Roulette with an outstanding level of gaming skill. A Dealer has the most interaction with guests and will always deliver superior customer service to enhance the gaming experience.
ROLE
It is the responsibility of all our employees at Bear Hills Casino to provide the superior customer service every guest expects when they walk in the door until they leave the premises. You will be involved in creating a culture of based on superior guest service and customer loyalty.
The Dealer will deal their games in accordance with AGLC rules and Bear Hills Casino Table Games department policies and procedures. The dealer must understand and comply with all service, quality and safety standards set forth by Bear Hills Casino.

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
This position requires the ability to communicate clearly, deal tactfully and work effectively with Bear Hills Casino guests, staff and management. The incumbent in this position will primary work with a Pit Boss and Table Games Manager. The Dealer is expected to report on all events that could have a negative outcome on the operations or reputation of Bear Hills Casino.

WORKING CONDITIONS
The Dealer’s schedule may vary and would require the ability to work shift work, late nights, weekends and holidays. Bear Hills Casino is a smoking environment. All employees are required to be able to work in this kind of environment.
