Position: Welder (Full-time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding duties to fabricate and assemble various signage elements (metal, acrylic, etc.) in line with project specifications.
• Utilize welding equipment, including MIG welders, to meet quality standards and adhere to safety protocols.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure proper measurements and design execution.
• Inspect and test welds for strength, durability, and aesthetics, ensuring all projects meet quality control standards.
• Operate additional tools and machinery as needed
• Assist with the assembly and installation of signage on-site or in the shop.
• Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines, including Health and Safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a welder, preferably with some background in signage or related industries.
• Welding certification(s) required (e.g., CWB, CSA, or equivalent).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety standards and equipment.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle materials and equipment.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour (Based on experience and certification)
