About the role - you will:

• Learn to solve diversity of issue like In-System-Performance/Ageing/Wearing/Standardization and so on. And can provide some improvement suggestions from the dimension of equipment mechanical design.
• Responsible for equipment deep PM plan and implementation.
• Work with team to support project development.
• Prepare maintenance and deep PM work instructions and training maintenance technicians.
• Work closely with shift team to keep good performance.
• Responsible for accident reporting, investigation and corrective action; Follow up the corrective and preventive actions on equipment.
• 学习解决系统内性能/老化/磨损/标准化等各种问题，并从设备机械设计的角度提出改进建议。
• 负责设备深度PM计划及实施。
• 与团队合作支持项目开发。
• 制定维护和深度PM作业指导书并培训维护技术人员。
• 与值班团队紧密合作，保持良好绩效。
• 负责事故报告、调查和纠正措施；跟进设备的纠正和预防措施。

About you:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Design, Electrical Automation, Mechatronics or other equivalent Engineering qualification.
• Initiative of both self-learn and learn from cross-function team.
• Have English communication skills.
• Strong communication skill and ability to work under pressure.
• Team player to work collaboratively with functional groups and various people.
• Mechanical and electrical structure, transmission principle and equipment control principle. Familiar with the safety operation rules.
• Strong sense of responsibility and delivery awareness with good working attitude.
• Good computer knowledge and logic thinking capability.
• 机械设计、电气自动化、机电一体化等相关专业本科以上学历。
• 积极主动地自学和向跨职能团队学习。
• 具备英语沟通能力。
