• Relevant qualifications and over 8 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Broad knowledge of wealth management service offerings, with experience in managing personal wealth preferred.
• Sound knowledge of the Wealth/HNW/PB business model – i.e the customer proposition, tools, operations and the key financial performance drivers.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation capability and well versed in various MS office applications (ppt, excel etc).
• Fluent in both English and Chinese writing and Speaking is a must.
• Ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in order to engage internal and external business stakeholders.
• Experience in complex stakeholder management across organization – influencing, negotiating and partnering.
