Role Purpose:
Responsible for the global technology security operations service domains, managing the reporting and remediation of threats and vulnerabilities within the Victrex IT estate from China.
Principal Accountabilities:
(Areas such as planning, organising, directing, innovating, budgeting, staffing etc. as well as meeting specific objectives within the job purpose.)
For the role is accountable for:
Responsible for the threat and vulnerability lifecycle management, managing IT- specific cyber security technologies.
Ensure security technologies are sufficiently documented, patched, available, and have required technical resources.

• Ensuring security technology is effectively configured and verified as working.

Review alerts and data from sensors and document formal, technical incident reports.

• Researches emerging threats and vulnerabilities to aid in the identification of network incidents.
• Test new information systems, network equipment before implementation and at frequent intervals to ensure security.

• Perform threat modelling to assess current risk to the organisation.

• Managing and resolving any IT security related incident and issues, in line with incident management processes.

• Identify and implement security improvements across the IT estate, in line with change management processes. Input into reports, dashboards, metrics.

Required Skills:

• Native Chinese speaker with high level of English fluency
Previous experience of using Microsoft tools on Cyber Security is preferred
