Position Summary:

? Work with project team to complete equipment CQV.

? Cooperate with Keeper to finish equipment receive, inspect, stock, issue management.
配合库房管理员完成设备的接收、检验、存储及发放管理。
? Work with project team to complete installation and commissioning equipment of process area.
和项目团队一起完成生产线设备的安装调试。
? Achieve the equipment of process area handover smoothly from project to the maintenance department.
实现生产线设备从项目到维修的顺利交接。


Production phase:

? Ensure to achieve downtime target.
? 实现停机时间控制在目标范围内。
? Ensure to complete PM task for motors, valves and instruments, and ensure to fill in record accurately and timely.
完成电机阀门传感器等设备预防性巡检，并准确及时的填写记录。
? Ensure to complete scheduled and unscheduled electrical task.
完成计划性非计划性电气维修工作。
? Ensure to solve emergency faults for electrical system.
完成设备紧急故障处理。
? Ensure HV system working reliably.

? Supporting maintenance department to complete KPIs.

To effectively perform in this job the position holder must have:

Experience:
经验：
? College and above education degree.
大专及以上学历。
? Electrical relevant professional, HV and LV operator license.
电气相关专业，具有高压和低压操作证。
? Minimum 5 years electrical maintenance experience, Familiar with HV/LV power supply system, automatic control system and instrument. Some PLC knowledge and PLC system troubleshooting skill.
5年以上电气维修经验，熟悉高低压供电系统，自动控制系统和仪表，具有PLC 知识和PLC 系统解决问题的能力。


General Requirements:

? HV and LV operator license.
具有高压运行证及低压维修证书。
? Ability to work on a rotation shift basis.

? Pass pre-employment medical and get the health license.

? Working in extreme temperatures, high humidity and dusty conditions.
