Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies and policies to support the company's global manufacturing operations.
• Oversee end-to-end operations of manufacturing, ensuring efficient production scheduling, resource allocation, and cost management.
• Collaborate with cross functions to improve product design, manufacturing processes, and supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure robust quality control systems for product integrity and customer satisfaction.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing manufacturing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Represent the manufacturing department in cross-functional meetings and projects, providing strategic guidance and aligning with corporate objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory agencies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a proven track record of leading and transforming global manufacturing processes.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Smart / Digital Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated success in driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards, particularly in the manufacturing sector.
• Experience in international manufacturing operations, with a focus on supply chain management and global compliance.
• Ability to travel internationally and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Sense of ownership, result-driven, open-minded and cooperative.
