We are looking for a Mathematics Teacher, Physics Teacher and, Chemistry Teacher for an International High School based in Shanghai. This is a full-time position starting in February 2025.

The International High School situated in Songjiang, Shanghai focuses on giving its pupils a broad international curriculum, comprising IGCSE, A Level, IB, and AP, to prepare them to succeed in universities throughout the world. Job Description

• Teach the school’s relevant subject to high school students aging from 15 to 18 years old
• Preparing lessons and lectures, tutoring techniques, designing and correcting assessments, and writing report comments
• Co-teach with Chinese teachers and be prepared to develop and improve school-based curriculum
• Assess and monitor students’ progress and provide targets so that all learners can succeed and improve
• Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and their parents and caregivers
• Develop supportive and safe learning environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or above
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in teaching
• Hold a teaching certificate
• Familiar with the A-Level curriculum is a plus
• Excellent English communication skills

Salary and benefits

• Monthly Salary 28,000 to 32,000 RMB depending on experience and qualifications
