• Participate in the analysis of RF project requirements and translate them into design objectives
• Design hardware circuits, including specification breakdown, frequency planning, link budgeting, and component selection
• Prepare design documents to ensure the design process is standardized and traceable
• Create schematic diagrams (SCH) and generate Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Assist in PCB layout design to ensure the physical realization of the circuit meets design requirements
• Perform board-level simulations, including isolation analysis, input/output matching, line loss, and cavity resonance
• Break down performance specifications to ensure designs meet system requirements
• Conduct component-level and link-level testing, and optimize designs to meet performance targets
• Prepare evaluation reports for component-level and link-level testing, documenting test and optimization results
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure the design meets expected functionality

The skillls you bring

• Master’s degree or above in Microwave Engineering, Electromagnetic Field and Wireless Technology, Electronic Information Engineering, or related fields
• Understanding of basic principles and processes of RF circuit design
• Familiarity with RF simulation tools and test equipment
• Strong learning ability, problem-solving skills, and team collaboration spirit
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Relevant internship or project experience in RF design is a plus
• Knowledge of RF components such as power amplifiers, mixers, and filters is a plus
