We are looking for Sample Room Manager (station Dongguan) – with details as follows :

The Job :
Lead Sample Room of 40-50 members in Dongguan

Manage and lead sample room daily operation to meet company output, quality and cost control requirements

Problem solving and providing technical advice on our products

Manage the production of technical specification package to communicate requirements for fit and construction from concept through to bulk production

Ensure that products are developed consistent with the established fit and quality standards, manufacturer’s capabilities and cost specifications

Improve the material consumption and simplify the operations

Report to Business owner

10+ years work experience in footwear

Experience in footwear manufacturers is an advantage

Experience in technical / sample room / product development is an adavantage

Experience in leather casual shoes is highly prefer

Experience in international casual or walking shoes brands is highly prefer

Experience in footwear manufacturer is highly prefer

Station Dongguan

Hong Kong employment contract

Annual leave : 14 days
