工作内容：
1. 系统管理与维护：

• 负责SAP系统的日常运维工作，包括系统的安装、配置、变更、优化、升级和归档等。
• 进行SAP系统的库日常维护，如用户管理、权限管理、变更发布等。
• 监控SAP系统数据库的运行状态，及时发现并解决系统问题，确保系统的稳定运行。

2. 技术支持与问题解决：

• 为用户提供技术支持，解答关于SAP系统的各类问题。
• 参与制定并执行系统故障应急预案，快速响应并处理系统突发事件。
• 协助解决客户在SAP系统使用过程中遇到的技术难题。

3. 项目参与与实施：

• 参与SAP新系统上线过程中的系统规划设计、业务调研、硬件架构方案评估等工作。
• 负责SAP系统相关模块的实施工作，包括需求分析、方案设计、系统配置、测试验收等。
• 与客户保持良好的沟通，确保项目按时按质完成。

4. 文档编写与培训：

• 编写系统操作手册、维护手册等相关文档。
• 对客户进行系统操作培训，提高客户的使用效率和满意度。

任职要求：
1、具有5年以上SAP相关工作经验，其中至少3年以上SAP DVM的实施经验。
2、熟悉SAP系统的整体架构和运作原理，精通SAP DVM模块的功能和特性。
3、熟练掌握数据归档模块的配置、运维及优化技能。
4、具备良好的数据分析和数据管理能力，能够处理大规模数据集。
5、熟悉数据库管理和优化技术，了解数据备份和恢复流程。
6、具备良好的团队协作精神、出色的客户服务意识和跨团队沟通能力。
7、本科及以上学历， 计算机或软件工程专业。
