• Accountable for the steering the solution backlog to enable the program objectives and requirements.
• Lead and facilitate discussions across product owners and architects to continuously develop the solution backlog and solution roadmap.
• Facilitates the alignment of work and prioritization of work across the product owners to enable optimal business value achievement.
• Develop/Review/Support business case creation for new opportunities/digital initiatives/strategic execution priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, Business, IT Experts, Process Experts & senior stakeholders, approved external vendors to identify digital opportunities.
• Supporting a lean portfolio management governance model to address new initiative intake, agile budget management, new initiative intake/change management, KPI reporting, value driven priority setting (aligned to organization goals, business value over cost of delay type calculation)
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement & feedback, effective communication, and a continuous learning/development culture.
• Facilitate the alignment of key stakeholders and adoption enablers to support the programs success rollout of initiatives involving changes to tools, automations, processes, and culture.
• Facilitate cross initiative dependency management and cross initiative collaboration.
• Collaborate with L&D teams, People Business Partners for creation/evolution of Learning & Development programs, organizational impacts due to transformation initiatives.
• Bring External Best Practices to the transformation program.
