As a Sr Strategic Plan Specialist here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving Honeywell's strategic planning initiatives in the Industrial Automation (IA) business unit in China. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, conducting market research and analysis, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives. Your extensive experience in strategic planning, strong analytical skills, and ability to provide strategic guidance will be essential in contributing to the growth and success of Honeywell IA in China.
You will report directly to our VP Marketing. In this role, you will impact the comprehensive strategic direction, alignment, execution, performance monitoring, risk management, stakeholder engagement, decision support, innovation, communication, budget management, cross-functional collaboration, long-term sustainability, performance improvement, and competitive advantage of Honeywell IA in China.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will report directly to our VP Marketing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategic plans for Honeywell IA China
- Drive regular segment studies to capture business opportunities in new industries/verticals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to senior leadership
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and competitive landscape

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or related roles.
- Marketing or BD experience in Marine industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (Mandarin and English)
