工作职责：
1. 负责台式机产品新产品导入阶段DFM/NUDD的评审，协同研发推动结构设计优化，提升产品质量和可制造性，确保产品在工厂顺利量产
2. 负责产品工艺的仿真优化，治具开发管理
3. 负责产品数字化组装工艺的开发，部署和更新
4. 支持全球工厂和ODM的生产工艺优化以及问题的持续改善
5. 负责PCN的下发及监督工厂的执行
6. 负责产品标签的打印及贴附位置规则定义
7. PCR的相关评估和执行
8. 支持产品FAI，offspec，PCRB等需求的审批
9. 与全球工厂建立定期的沟通机制
10. 新技术，新工艺，新工装设备的评估和导入，推动数字化解决方案的开发与应用

1. Responsible for desktop products NPI DFM/NUDD review, cooperation with development team to optimize mechanical design to improve quality and producibility. Make sure new product can get SS on time with high quality.
2. Responsible for manufacturing process simulation optimization and fixture development / management
3. Responsible for product ESOP making, releasing and update.
4. Responsible for global plants and ODM production process optimization and continuous improvement of problems
5. Responsible for PCN releasing and monitoring implement in all global plants.
6. Responsible for label guideline, printing process and placement definition
7. PCR evaluation and implementation
8. Support product FAI, offspec, PCRB review and approval.
9. Regular meeting/interlock with all global plants
10. Evaluation and introduction of new technologies, processes, and fixtures / equipments. Promote the development and application of digital solutions

任职要求：
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，理工类专业毕业
2. 产品/机械设计或制造工艺相关一年以上工作经验（或者优秀应届毕业生）
3. 具备较强的英语沟通能力
4. 具备良好的组织，团队协作能力，适应出差
5. 熟练运用UG NX，Solid Works等建模/仿真软件优先

1.Full time bachelor’s degree or above. Graduated from Science and Engineering majors.
2. More than one year of work experience in product/mechanical design or manufacturing processes.( Or excellent fresh graduates)
3. Strong English communication skills
4. Good organizational and teamwork skills, and adapt to business travels
5. Proficient in using 3D modeling/simulation software such as UG NX and Solid Works is preferred
