Job Description
Team and Role Introduction:

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- 制定Miravia海外市场用户增长策略,为用户规模、获客钱效和用户质量负责
- 设计和运营新客承接机制,包括优惠券、货品供给以及其他互动玩法,提升用户购买转化
- 和产研团队合作,为新客访购链路效率提升负责,关注用户进站、注册、访问、购买全链路访购体验
- 结合市场和用户洞察、数据分析、ab策略,优化获客及用户成长的激励机制和补贴策略
- 监测和分析数据表现,包括结果指标及用户转化漏斗指标,发现问题和机会点
- 和产研、设计、商品运营、法务、财务等多个团队合作,推进运营机制落地以达成目标
- Formulate user growth strategy for Miravia in EU market, responsible for user acquisition and user quality with cost efficiency
- Design incentives and related subsidy strategies, including voucher incentive, assortment, interactive activities, etc. to drive user conversion
- Cooperate with product to improve user funnel, optimize user experience throughout the whole user journey(register-visiting-purchase)
- Enhance growth strategy by systematic data analysis and rigorous abtest, have solid understanding about local market by conducting research on local user competitors
- Monitor and analyze the performance of user growth, can find improvement opportunities through performance tracking and provide solutions.
- Cooperate with product/tech/design/commercial/legal/finance team to achieve business objectives
Job Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- 3年以上电商平台运营经验,对电商市场有一定洞察
- 有用户增长相关经验,在用户获取、用户成长上有一定经验和方法
- 数据分析和逻辑思考能力强,具备基础的SQL分析能力
- 跨部门沟通能力和资源协调能力
- 自驱力强,勇于主动发现问题和机会点,并推动落地拿结果
- 英语读写流利
- At least 3 years E-commerce platform operation experience, has insight on E-commerce market
- Experienced in user growth, has in-depth knowledge in user acquisition/user retention
- Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills,SQL skill is required
- Strong communication skills across multiple departments
- Strong ownership, can find improvement opportunities positively and can implement to achieve objective with self-driven
- Fluent English
